Recap

The International Falls boys hockey team faced Rock Ridge for the second time in 4 days last night at Bronco Arena in a game heard on K104, rjbroadcasting.com, and Your Live Event.com.  The Wolverines broke through with 2 goals in the first period and added a third early in the second period before Parker Sivonen scored on the power play with an assist from Colin Kostiuk.  Rock Ridge would answer back on the power play just 25 seconds later to lead 4-1 after 2 frames.  Royce Allan would cut the deficit to 4-2, 5.5 minutes into the third on a nifty back hand shot, but the visitors would score the final 4 goals to down the Broncos 8-2.  After the game, junior Matt Wherley said they did well in the offensive zone.

The Bronco boys hockey team is on the road tomorrow to take on Kittson County Central at 1:00. The two teams played in December with the Broncos winning 5-2.
