Section 8A Football Quarterfinal – #5 Bagley 0 @ #4 Polk County West 42

Junior Mike Gapp rushed for 207 yards and four touchdowns as Polk County West defeated Bagley 42-0 Tuesday in the Minnesota 8A football quarterfinals in Grand Forks.

Gapp’s fellow running back, David Larson, ran for 116 yards and two touchdowns as the Thunder defeated the Flyers for the second time this season.  The first time was September 23 by a 42-26 score in Bagley.

Polk County West improves to 5-4 on the season and advances to play at Mahnomen/Waubun Saturday in the 8A semifinals.

Bagley’s season ends with a 2-7 record.
