Stephen-Argyle 1 at Fosston 3 (25-18, 25-11, 17-25, 25-18)

The Fosston Greyhounds held off a late charge from Stephen-Argyle and held on for the 3-1 win over the Storm Tuesday night at the Fosston Gym. The Greyhounds won the first two sets 25-18 & 25-11 but the Storm would rally to win the third set 25-17. The Greyhounds would close out the match with a 25-18 win in the fourth set to improve to 7-2 overall. Katelyn Vesledahl led the Greyhound attack with 21 kills, with Genevive Rue adding 10 kills and Tessa Manecke and Brynlea Mahlen each adding 7 kills for Fosston. Emma Evans led Stephen-Argyle with 10 kills and Signe Svendsen added 7 kills for the Storm as they fall to 2-3 overall. Evie Dryburgh and Katelyn Vesledahl each had two service aces for the Greyhounds while Regan Swanson and Tessa Durand each had two aces at the service line for the Storm. Stephen-Argyle won the “B” Squad match 2-0 and the Storm also won the “C” Squad match 2-1 over Fosston.
