What is a GMO? 

If you’ve ever gone grocery shopping, you may have noticed a label on your product claiming to be Non-GMO Verified, and for many they have no idea what this means. R&J Ag Reporter Nick Revier explains what a GMO is. 

Revier says many of the foods you eat today would be totally unrecognizable if it wasn’t for genetic modification. 

Revier says one of the major roles of GMOs in the farming industry is that they make farming more efficient.
