National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Moorhead invite everyone to Mental Health Day in the Park 2026 on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Viking Ship Park in Moorhead from 10am to 2pm.

It’s a free community event designed to raise awareness about mental health and wellness in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Enjoy a day of reflection, connection and support with over 20 local organizations dedicated to supporting mental wellness.
