The Minnesota Lions Hearing Foundation and Bemidji Lions Club are inviting Minnesotans to participate in their D-Feet Hearing Loss Walk on June 1^st.  The walk raises funds used by the Lions’ partner University of Minnesota for research, services, and outreach about hearing. Registration is now open at either $35 (includes T-shirt) or $25 with children under 12 free at the Hearing Foundation’s website of 5mhf.org.

The walk in Bemidji is from Diamond Point Park to the Paul & Babe statue and back, about two miles.  Beginning at 9:30 a.m. the day includes lunch, children’s games, and live music by the Empty Cooler Band.  Participants traveling to Bemidji have the option to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites at a discounted rate the evening before the walk.
