Lakes Area Food Shelf, located at 29316 Patriot Avenue in Pequot Lakes (just south of Grace United Methodist Church) is open 9:00 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. the first and third Thursdays of the month.

Lakes Area Food Shelf is a community food shelf, open to any person from anywhere. To better serve our friends and neighbors, we are now open every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., starting January 5. These new hours are in addition to our regular hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. to Noon. 

We have an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs and butter, a wide assortment of meats, bread, canned goods, baking supplies, and toiletries. 

Our core values include:

• We value all who use our services as friends, neighbors, and members of our community. ● We will serve all with compassion, dignity, and respect. 
• We will do all we can to help friends and neighbors address barriers that prevent them from receiving food assistance through Lakes Area Food Shelf.
