JAMESTOWN, ND – Kindred-Richland is heading to their 6th state title in program history with an 11-0 win over Velva-Drake/Anamoose in 5-innings.
Cora Johnson had the walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the fifth inning for Vikings. Johnson drove in 5 runs and Avery Amerman went 2-2 with 3 runs scored and 1 RBI for the Vikings.
The Vikings will matchup against Central Cass in the championship on Saturday at 5 p.m. This will be the fifth time Kindred-Richland and Central Cass have played for the State Class B softball championship. You can listen to the matchup on yourliveevent.com.
