Morgan Engel and Malayna Syverson each recorded 13 kills as Ada-Borup-West swept the Greyhounds at Fosston on Thursday night. Engel added three service aces as the Cougars improve to 13-3 overall and 3-0 in the Pine to Prairie Conference. Brynlea Mahlen led Fosston with 10 kills as the Greyhounds fall to 11-4 overall and 2-1 in the conference. Ada-Borup-West won the “B” squad match 2-1 with Fosston winning the “C” squad match 2-0. The Cougars will host Hawley in their next match on Monday, September 25th (106.5 FM & YLE) while the Greyhounds will play their next match on Tuesday, September 26th when they travel to Park Christian (1480-AM/99.7 FM).
