Ada-Borup-West at Park Christian

Ada-Borup-West took sole possession of first place in the Pine To Prairie Conference with a well played three set victory at Park Christian Tuesday night.  Both teams were undefeated in conference play entering the highly anticipated match —  the Cougars showed up focused and wasted no time to set the tone for the night—   starting 7-2 in the first set enroute to wining 25-10.  Park Christian played better in the final two sets, but, it was the Cougars who continued to play at a high level — winning 25-21, 25-16 with few errors, excellent serve receive passing, setting , aggressive serving combined with a mixture of power and tipping from multiple hitters in addition to blocking of Park Christian’s attempted offensive attack. To cap the evening of their best played match so far this season, The Cougars ended the match with two service aces to improve to 21-5 overall, 8-0 in the conference. Park Christian is now 12-8 overall and 6-1 in the conference.
