The Ada-Borup-West Cougar defense held the Rothsay Tigers without a field goal for nearly 14-minutes to establish a first half lead on their way to a 70-37 Cougar victory. The Tigers jumped out to a 9-2 lead before the Cougar defense went on lockdown, allowing the Cougars to end the first half leading 30-16. In the second half the Cougar offense took advantage of their height inside, scoring 28 points in the paint in the second half to keep the Tigers from rallying. With the win the Cougars have won three straight and are 3-2 overall. The Tigers record drops to 4-2 overall with the loss.
