Ada-Borup-West 3 Mahnomen-Waubun 1 (26-24, 19-25, 25-20, 25-12)

THe Ada Borup – West Cougars had another battle, but picked up the energy in the 3rd and 4th set to get the 3-1 win over Mahnomen Waubun 26-24, 19-25, 25-20, 25-12.  The Thunderbirds were extremely scrappy the entire night keeping the Cougars off balance, and they also took advantage of some Cougar errors early on.  The Cougars were able to keep picking up steam and eliminating mistakes as the match went on.  The Cougar hitters kept attacking and wearing down the Thunderbirds and would get the in to advance to 17-3 on the season dropping Mahnomen Waubun to 6-12 on the year
