Stella Satrom had 12 kills to lead Maple River to a three set sweep of Barnes County North Tuesday night in the season opener for both teams.

Maple River took the first set 25-16.  The Bison jumped to a 14-8 start in the second set, but two kills from Satrom and two service aces by Brielle Killoran allowed Maple River to tie the set at 14 and the Raiders would take the second set 25-21.  Maple River kept the momentum and won the third set 25-14 to take the match.

Killoran had eight kills and three aces for Maple River, with teammate Adyson Hannig adding six kills and three aces.

Charlotte Mueller had three kills to lead Barnes County North, with the majority of the Bison points coming from Maple River mistakes.
