Blackduck at Fosston

The Fosston Greyhounds defeated the Blackduck Drakes 55-45 to win 3rd place at the Fosston Holiday Tournament. Hudson Boushee scored 17 points and Ryne Duppong and Will Christen each scored 12 points for Fosston as the Greyhounds improve to 2-1 overall. Max Bahr led the Drakes with 22 points and 15 rebounds as Blackduck falls to 0-3 overall. Will Lien added 7 points and Nick Swedberg and Jake Mistic each scored 6 points for the Drakes. The game was tied at 20-20 late in the first half but the Greyhounds closed the half on a an 8-1 run to take a 28-21 lead into halftime. Blackduck struggled at the free throw line as they shot 3 of 13 at the stripe.
