The Fosston Greyhounds broke open a close game thanks to a 18-2 run and ended the regular season with a 79-56 win over the Clearbrook- Gonvick Bears. The game was tied at 40-40 with 12:14 left in the game but the Greyhounds scored 39 of the games final 55 points. Hudson Boushee celebrated his 18th birthday with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Will Christen added 17 points and 9 rebounds for Fosston as the Greyhounds snapped a three game losing streak and ended the regular season at 10-15. Trevor Vig hit three 3 pointers as he and Ryne Duppong each scored 9 points for Fosston. Freshman Grant Engen led Clearbrook-Gonvick with 18 points as the Bears end the regular season at 6-20. Hassani Bruton scored 13 points with eleven of those points coming in the second half. Clearbrook-Gonvick won the “B” Squad game 57-44.
