International Falls at Virginia

In a game heard on K104 and rjbroadcasting.com, the International Falls girls basketball put their 4-0 record on the line against the Virginia Blue Devils.  Senior captain Maddie Lowe scored on the Bronco opening possession, but that would be the only lead the Falls would have in the game as Virginia shot the lights out in the first half.  The Blue Devils made 9-3’s in the first half and 14 for the game as they would go on to beat the Broncos 81-41.  Olivia Thostenson had 12 points while Maddie Lowe had 9.  The girls are right back on the court tonight as they host the North Woods Grizzlies at 7:15.
