The 6th annual Raider Titan Challenge was a tremendous day of Basketball, finished off by a final second, come from behind victory by the home team, as NCE-UH defeats Lake Park Audubon to win the shield, in a 58-57 victory.

Lake Park Audubon led by 10 points twice during the game, and fended off a  9-0 run by NCE-UH with 7 minutes to play when the game was tied at 45.  The Raiders led 55-49 with 2:57 to play, and then the Titans would chip away and eventually were down 57-55 the games final minute.  With 3.3 seconds to play, the Raiders were going to inbound the basketball needing to go the full court, and the Titans had two fouls to give.  The Raiders were called for a five second violation, and the Titans would have the ball under the hoop.  They set up a play and got the ball to Aidan Flaten who made a layup with 1.9 seconds to play and he was fouled…and would make the free throw to give the Titans their first and only lead of the game.  The Raiders, after a time out, threw up a Hail Mary shot that would fail, and the Titans would take back the traveling “Shield” trophy, earning the victory 58-57.
