ND Division B BBB State Tournament – LaMoure-Litchville/Marion vs North Star

The top-seeded and top-ranked North Star Bearcats topped the LaMoure-Litchville/Marion Loboes in the ND Division B Boys Basketball State Tournament Quarterfinals: 52-38.

The Loboes were the first on the board with a three-pointer from Max Musland, but that was the only lead they would get. North Star carried a ten-point lead into the halftime locker room. The Loboes would trim the lead to four before a 5-0 Bearcat run late in the third quarter saw them hold onto the lead for good.

Dane Hagler led the Bearcats with 18. Parker and Karsen Simon both reached double figures as well for the Bearcats with 16 and 13 respectively. Brayan Karlgaard led the Loboes with 15 while Musland finished with 13.

North Star (25-1) battles Bishop Ryan in the semifinals. The Loboes (16-11) clash with Sargent County in the consolation semifinals. You can catch that game on yourliveevent.com.
