JAMESTOWN, ND – Kindred-Richland moved into the State Class B softball semifinals with a 9-6 win over Des Lacs-Burlington/Lewis & Clark on Thursday night.

Avery Amerman drove in 3 runs and Mackenzie Fuxa went 3-4 from the plate for the Vikings. Danica Rath gave up 6 runs, 1 earned on 4 hits and 5 strikeouts. Kindred-Richland had 7 errors in the contest.

Zannah Bjerkle went 1-3 and scored two runs for the Lakers. DLB/LC committed 4 errors in the game.

Kindred-Richland plays Velva/Drake-Anamoose in the semifinals at 4 p.m. on Friday. The Lakes matchup with May-Port CG in the consolation semifinals at 1 p.m. You can listen to both contests on yourliveevent.com.
