Des Lacs-Burlington held off a second half rally from Thompson in their 55-48 win in the State Class B quarterfinals on Thursday.

The Lakers were paced with Carson Yale with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Braylon Fisher added 13 points and Paxton Ystaas chipped in 12 points for DLB.

Jakob Starcevic scored a game-high 15 points and Drew Overby added 13 points and 6 rebounds for the Tommies. Thompson plays Warwick in the consolation semifinals on Friday at 2:45 p.m. from the Bismarck Events Center on Your Live Event.
