Northeast Range at International Falls Broncos

The Bronco girls swimming and diving hosted Northeast Range in a meet heard on Lakes Country 104.1, rjbroadcasting.com, and seen on Your Live Event.com.  The team score throughout the meet was very close with the Broncos prevailing 92-86.  Top finishes for the International Falls in the relays were:

200 Medley Relay of Liz Jantzen, Quianna Ford, Jillian Bilben, and Mary Versteeg took first

The 2^nd relay for the Falls in the 200 Medley Relay of Kiera DeBanardeaux, Kendra Kalstad, Sylvia Valenzuela, and Alina Hartzler placed second

2^nd place for the 200 free relay team of Versteeg, Kalstad, Ford and Bilben

2^nd place for the 400 free relay team of Versteeg, Jantzen, Lila Wood and Valenzuela

Individually:

Jillian Bilben: 1^st in 50 Free and 100 Free

Quianna Ford:  1^st in 500 Free and 100 Breaststroke

Sylvia Valenzuela: 2^nd in 200 IM, 2^nd in 100 butterfly

Kieran Ford: 1^st in Diving

Alina Hartzler: 2^nd in Diving

Kendra Kalstad: 2^nd in 100 Breaststroke

The Bronco JV team lost by a final of 60-38.  Zuri Silvers won the 50 butterfly event.

The girls swimming and diving team will host Warroad on Thursday, September 8^th for their next meet.
