Zach Ehnstrom supplied the offense and nailed down the pitching for a complete-game 8-0 victory over the Park Rapids Area Panthers.

The Gobblers got on the board early with an Ehnstrom RBI single in the 1st, which was extended to a 4-0 lead with Ehnstrom 2-run double. Tanner Hills, Gus Sanford, and Cody Trotter also contributed an RBI singles while the Aitkin took advantage of 3 Panthers errors.

Ehnstrom would scatter 3 Park Rapids hits over 7 innings pitched while allowing a walk and striking out 6 batters for the win.

Mason Yliniemi had 2 of the 3 Park Rapids hits while switch-pitching Noah Morris took the loss on the mound with 5 innings pitched and walked 2 batters and allowed 7 runs off 5 hits.

Aitkin improves to 11-2 on the season with Park Rapids falling to 8-7.
