Jaime Stuhr led Win-E-Mac with 9 kills as the Patriots picked up their first win of the season. The Patriots recorded 17 service aces in the match as they improve to 1-2 overall. Ava Howard had six of the service aces for Win-E-Mac. The Patriots won a close first set 26-24 but dominated the next two sets 25-16 and 25-12. Jamie Flatgard and Quinn Graves each had 3 kills for Red Lake County Central as the Mustangs fall to 1-2 overall. Red Lake County Central won the “B” Squad match 2-0 and the Mustangs also won the “C” Squad match 2-1. Win-E-Mac will return to action on Saturday, September 9th when they play at the tournament in Ada while the Mustangs will play their next match on Thursday, September 7th when they host the Stephen-Argyle Storm.
