Sargent County at Maple River

Sargent County overcame an 0-2 deficit in Tower City while improving to 3-1 in Region 1 play on Thursday night.

The Bulldogs topped Maple River 3-2 (23-25, 20-25, 25-21, 25-13, 15-5) and closed out the match winning 38 of the final 51 points.

Alana Anderson had a match-high 15 kills and Halle Nelson added 14 kills for Sargent County.

Maple River (2-3 overall, 1-2 Region 1) and Sargent County (8-9 overall) will play in the Valley City Tournament on Saturday.
