Representative Jim Joy discusses issues with Omnibus Bills and Rural Healthcare Priorities 

The Minnesota House of Representatives and Senate will be working on an omnibus bill over the next couple months, but not all Minnesota politicians are fans of this way of passing legislation. Minnesota District 4B Representative Jim Joy says he would prefer a more transparent way of passing legislation. 

Joy says another issue he will continue to address is rural healthcare and he explains why this issue is a priority for him.
