GRAND FORKS, ND—There’s new information about a two vehicle crash Monday night near the Grand Forks Airport that sent two people to the hospital.  The North Dakota Highway Patrol says an SUV was stopped at a red light at the intersection of US Highway 2 and Airport Road when the SUV was rear-ended by a pickup truck driven by 43-year-old Travis Bell of Fordville.  According to court documents, Bell did not appear to slow down prior to the crash.  The driver of the SUV, 26-year-old Nicole Louthian of the Grand Forks Air Force Base, was hospitalized with serious injuries.  And a 6-year-old passenger in the SUV was airlifted to a Fargo hospital with serious injuries.  Bell has been charged with two counts of felony criminal vehicular injury.  Bell also took a breathalyzer test and it came back at 0.13—above the legal limit.  The North Dakota Highway Patrol is still investigating this crash.
