Energy Assistance Grants available through Tri Valley Opportunity Council
The weather is starting to drop in Northwest Minnesota, and if you’re a resident of Norman, Polk or Marshall County who struggles to keep up on their energy bill during the winter months, Tri Valley Opportunity Council (TVOC) may be able to help. Chris Waechter of TVOC tells us more about the energy assistance program.
If this is a program that you would like to apply for, Waechter tells us how you can get the application process started.
If your energy assistance grant money does run out before the end of winter, Waechter says there are still resources available to you to keep your heat on.
Waechter says people can also talk to their energy service provider, as they can also help you get in contact with an energy assistance program, as grants are available to residents across the State of Minnesota.
