Proper clothing a key to winter car seat safety 

A properly snug car seat is one of the most important aspects of vehicular safety for children, and with the temperature becoming colder as each day goes by, parents are reminded that their child’s winter clothing can be the difference maker in the effectiveness of their car seat.
