Aitkin County CARE holding ‘Powerful Tools’ course for Caregivers

(Aitkin, MN) — Aitkin County CARE will be kicking off a new program in 2022 to help caregivers rebound from a long previous year and to find ways to improve their caregiving traits.

“Powerful Tools for Caregivers” begins March 4th at the Aitkin County CARE office or virtually and CARE Program Director Kim Nutting says the class will be well worth it.

Materials for the class will be provided.

One helpful tool taken away from the class taken by Nutting was the ability to learn patience through what their client is going through.

Nutting also talked about portions of the 90-minute, 6-week program.
