Three People injured in two car crash on U.S. Highway 59 in Becker County

Three People were injured in a crash in Becker County on Monday evening. Two were transported to Fargo, one by Life flight. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened shortly before 6:00 pm Monday near Callaway. A car was traveling south on Highway 59 when it collided with a car that was crossing the highway. One of the drivers, 43 year old Robert Pearson of West Fargo, received non-life threatening injuries and his passenger, 69 year old Carol Gustafson, also of West Fargo, was transported to Essentia Hospital in Fargo with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, a 17 year old female, was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. Her condition is not known.
