(Aitkin, MN) — The Aitkin County Sheriff’s Office during the last month of 2021 recording dwindling numbers and slight increases on regular calls.

We chatted with Aitkin County Sheriff Dan Guida about the case load from 2021 that ranged from a busy spring and summer of Enbridge pipeline activity to scam calls.

The Sheriff’s Office also saw increases in theft cases even with doorbell cameras becoming well used in the area.
