CRMC talks Nutrition at Virtual Cancer Support Group on January 20th

(Crosby, MN) — Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and Registered Dietician Johnna Christenson will be leading an open forum about nutrition during their Virtual Cancer Support Group today from 12-1pm.

Christenson will be focusing her discussion on getting back to healthy habits after the holidays. Topics will include enjoying celebrations and the food but getting back on track with normal habits afterward, how to include physical activity during cold winter months, and things that can be done to promote a healthy mindset.

CRMC’s Virtual Cancer Support Group meetings are held the third Thursday of each month with a new topic each month. Registration for the support group is not required and there is no cost to attend.
