Five Presidential hopefuls will take the podium tonight in Miami for the 3rd Republican Presidential Debate and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum will not be one of them. Despite meeting the requirements of having at least 70,000 unique donors with at least 200 donors in at least 20 states, and signing a pledge that promises to support the eventual Republican nominee. Burgum ultimately fell short on the polling requirements.

For most politicians this would be the end to their candidacy but it sounds like it’s not the case for Burgum. After it was announced that he wouldn’t be eligible to appear Burgum took to X and said that “Skipping the next debate isn’t going to stop us. I’ve been told “it’s impossible” my entire life and always beat the odds.Party bosses don’t pick presidents – voters do!”

The five candidates who will be at the podium on Wednesday night include Florida Governor Ron Desantis, Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, and South Carolina Senator Tim Scott. Former President Donald Trump is eligible to appear but is skipping it.

The Debate will air on NBC and Peacock at 7:00 CST
