The Fosston Greyhounds never trailed in any of the three sets as they defeated Climax/Fisher 3-0 at the Fosston Gym on Tuesday night. Katelyn Vesledahl led the Greyhounds with 8 kills with Tessa Manecke and Genevive Rue each adding 7 kills for Fosston. Evie Dryburgh and Kinsley Duppong each had three service aces as the Greyhounds improve to 2-0. Cambree Solheim, Sarah Thoreson and Peyton Hoffman each had 3 kills for Climax/Fisher as the Knights fall to 1-1 on the season. The Greyhounds had eight service aces in the match compared to one ace for Climax/Fisher. Fosston won both the “B” and “C” Squad matches 2-1. Both teams will be in Ada this Saturday, September 10th for the Ruth Hayden Tournament of Roses.
