Against the brink of defeat the Park River Area Aggies rallied back to send the match to five sets before falling to the Hillsboro/Central Valley Burros 3-2 (25-15,25-23,25-27,11-25,15-6). After wins in sets one and two the Burros held match point leading 24-16 in the third set when a switch was flipped and the Aggies rallied back to win the set 27-25. With the momentum the Aggies continued to take advantage of Burro errors to roll in winning the fourth set 25-11. H/CV finally stopped the bleeding early in the fifth set with the first three points to regain confidence and momentum to take the final set and escape with the victory.
