With four matches in the final seven days of the regular season the Hillsboro/Central Valley Burros picked up an important region win over the Midway-Minto Mustangs 3-0 (25-14,13,10). The Burros were able to capitalize on Mustang miscues to extend their service runs to build leads. In the second and third sets the Burros front line picked up the energy to keep the Mustangs from coming back.
