NCE Riverwatch Hosting Open House Sunday
Twin Valley, MN — The Norman County East Riverwatch Team is inviting elementary families and community members to their Riverwatch EDU-4-Fun Open House this Sunday, February 13th from 3-4pm at the Norman County East Cafenasium. The event is an opportunity to meet the Riverwatch team and experience fun, hands-on activities. Chloe Abraham, a sophomore at Norman County East, talks more about the Riverwatch team she’s a part of.
This Sunday’s open house allow families the chance to see some of their unique tools and experiments and learn about various riverwatch topics. Abraham says hopefully it interests the young students enough to join the club when they get into high school.
The Riverwatch Group is advised by Science Teacher Hunter Schow and is open to students in grades 7-12.
