Minnesota ag policies to be more bipartisan in 2025
With Minnesota Democrats losing their trifecta this past election cycle, politics in St Paul are expected to be more bipartisan in nature compared to past years. Minnesota Farm Bureau President Dan Glessing tells us how he sees ag legislation playing out in the Minnesota House of Representatives, now that there’s a tie in leadership.
Glessing also discussed what they would like to see in the next federal Farm Bill, which is likely to get a short term extension ahead of the holiday recess.
There have been discussions about a disaster, or financial relief package in the senate, and Glessing tells us more about what he’s heard with that.
