Hillsboro Business Association Hosts Winter Wonderland Friday and Saturday

Holiday merriment in Hillsboro abounds tomorrow and Saturday for the Hillsboro Business Association’s annual Winter Wonderland event. HBA President, Terra Provost, shares some of the highlights of the event.
