DFL/GOP Making Progress on Powersharing Agreement

A power struggle continues in the Minnesota House of Representatives, but House GOP, and DFL leadership are in negotiations over a power sharing agreement. DFL Leader Melissa Hortman (Brooklyn Park) said in a press conference on Tuesday evening, that she believes “substantial” progress was made in their last negotiation meeting on Tuesday morning. 

The House DFL Caucus has decided to skip the session until a power sharing agreement is reached.
