Bliss pushing for changes in Minnesota “Duty to retreat” law 

During a press conference on Wednesday Representative Matt Bliss (R-Pennington) pushed for the Minnesota House of Representatives to pass a law that aims to change Minnesota’s “Duty to retreat” law. Rep. Bliss tells us more about his bill, and what he hopes it accomplishes. 

Rep. Bliss also talked about a recent case in Minnesota that inspired him to tackle this issue. 

The Minnesota House of Representatives will vote on the passing of Bliss’s Bill House File 13, during the House Floor Session later this afternoon.
