Halstad City Council Meets

HALSTAD, MN—Several Halstad residents approached the City Council at Monday night’s regular meeting and asked the Council for permission to raise chickens.  Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson tells us more:

Johnson complimented the group for being organized and having an example of an ordinance used in other cities.  Also at Monday’s Halstad City Council meeting, the Council voted to buy some cameras.
