(Deerwood, MN) — Deerwood Police Mark Taylor attending Monday’s Deerwood City Council meeting to provide a year-end report and enforcement during the winter months.

Chief Taylor did send a reminder to Deerwood residents to remove their vehicles off city streets for snow removal.

Deerwood Police have also been keeping tabs on vehicles not fully cleared of snow that has led to collisions.

Another reminder was issued to not leave keys in your car as it warms up with the subzero temperatures as vehicles have been stolen.

Chief Taylor also noted that domestic disturbance have seen increases over the past couple of months in finishing 2021.

The Deerwood City Council will next meet on Monday, February 7th at 6pm from the Council Chambers of the Deerwood Auditorium.
