Giving Hearts Day Benefits Barnesville Renovation

BARNESVILLE, MN—There was a sign of Barnesville’s generosity on display at Monday’s Barnesville City Council meeting.  City Administrator Jeremy Cossette says proceeds from the recent Giving Hearts Day will go toward renovating a Barnesville building.

Cossette gives some examples of how the money was raised.

Cossette says the City of Barnesville will also chip in $75,000 toward renovating the American Legion building.
