Hillsboro City Commission Selects Eggermont as City’s New Auditor

Hillsboro- The Hillsboro City Commission met in a special session Tuesday night, selecting Casey Eggermont as the City’s next auditor.

Eggermont, currently the auditor for the City of Harwood and a Galesburg resident, was one of five finalists after an initial field of over a dozen applicants.

Eggermont, who plans to accept the position, takes over for Ashley Frederick, who announced her resignation at the end of July.
