A woman from Twin Valley was arrested Monday night at the Ulen-Hitterdal School for violating a restraining order. Several students at Ulen-Hitterdal will be missing class later this week. Ulen-Hitterdal Dean of Students Ted Critchley says it’s got nothing to do with Halloween.
