Barnesville City Council Meeting

Most of the time spent at Monday’s Barnesville City Council meeting was devoted to a special assessment hearing for business and property owners along this summer’s Highway 9/Front Street renovation project.  Barnesville City Administrator Jeremy Cossette has details.

Also at Monday’s meeting, a two year deal between the City of Barnesville and its Police Department was approved.  The Council also agreed to spend $18,000 to rehabilitate one of the city’s wells…and accepted the resignation of Scott Nelson as Barnesville’s ambulance manager.
