Buxton Accident Update
Here’s an update to a story R&J News told you Monday morning. The names of the people involved in a two vehicle accident Sunday morning near Buxton have been released. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says an SUV driven by 24-year-old Zachary Roller of Reynolds and a car driven by 29-year-old Alissia Hernandez of Grand Forks were both going northbound on Interstate 29 around 11:20am Sunday when Roller’s vehicle rear-ended Hernandez’s car. Roller’s SUV came to rest on the right shoulder with Hernandez’s car stopping in the median. A passenger in Roller’s vehicle, 19-year-old Kaydance Mays of Hope, was taken to a Grand Forks hospital…along with Hernandez. Roller was not injured. The Highway Patrol says charges against Roller are pending.
