Chippewa National Forest accepting applications for Youth Archaeology Workshop
The Chippewa National Forest is looking for students in 8th or 9th grade interested in a career in archaeology to apply for their free Youth Archaeology Workshop on June 11 through 13. Chippewa National Forest archaeologist Sean Dunham tells us more about this program.
Dunham says they have already chosen a site to work on and says students will have an opportunity to dig for Native American artifacts.
