City of Halstad Awarded Grant for Mural 

The Halstad EDA announced on Wednesday that the City of Halstead has been awarded a grant by the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council to commission a mural. Halstad EDA member Terri Trygg has the details. 

Tyrgg says that revitalization of the town has been a big focus of the Halstad EDA. 

Trygg also gave a project timeline that includes an estimated completion date.
